Tiago Splitter, PF, 6'11", Brazil, 20 Rangy big man is mainstay on Brazilian national team; excellent footwork, strong moves around rim.

Johan Petro, C, 7 feet, France, 19 Though raw, he may have best upside of any prospect in Europe because of his natural athleticism.

Rudy Fernandez, G, 6'5", Spain, 19 Europe's top swingman prospect is comfortable filling lane or leading break.

Fran Vazquez, PF, 6'10", Spain, 21 Averaging 8.4 points, 4.4 boards this year with Unicaja Malaga; strong rebounder and leaper. --Chris Mannix
