Elena DelleDonne

WILMINGTON, DEL. > Basketball

Elena, a freshman guard at Ursuline Academy, scored 35 points, a record for a state championship game, as the Raiders won their second straight state title. A varsity player in the eighth grade, she is the first Delaware freshman to score 1,000 points in two seasons.

Aarik Wilson

FALLON, NEV. > Track and Field

Wilson, a senior at Indiana, won the long and triple jumps at the Big Ten championships, becoming the first Hoosier to win two individual titles at an NCAA championship meet. He was NCAA Great Lakes and Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year.

Jason Kaslow

HUNTLEY, ILL. > Basketball

Kaslow, a senior forward at Wisconsin--Stevens Point, led the Pointers to a second straight national title and was named the tournament's most outstanding player and NCAA Division III Player of the Year. He is the school's alltime leading scorer and rebounder.

Lindsay Payne

CLEVELAND > Swimming

Payne, a junior at Williams, won her third 100-meter and second 200-meter breaststroke titles and led the Ephs to victory in the 200- and 400-meter medley relays at the NCAA Division III women's swimming championships. She was named Swimmer of the Meet.

Troy Nickerson

CHENANGO FORKS, N.Y. > Wrestling

Troy, a senior at Chenango Forks High, became the first New York high school wrestler to win five state titles and was named Most Outstanding Wrestler in the tournament for the third straight year. He was the No. 1--ranked high school wrestler in the U.S. in Division I at 125 pounds.

Amanda Frame

PINE ISLAND, MINN. > Track and Field

Frame, a senior at Minnesota State--Mankato, broke her own national pole-vaulting record with a vault of 13'11/4" and won a second consecutive national title at the NCAA Division II championships. She is the Mavericks' first female track and field champion.
