AS FAR AS thelegal system is concerned, there is no NFL off-season. The latest: LastSaturday, Cardinals assistant coach Richie Anderson (left) was arrested forallegedly soliciting a prostitute in Phoenix (no court date has been set). Theincident earned Arizona two points on SI's Legal Leader Board (SI, Feb. 26),ranking pro teams based on criminal investigations in 2007. The rules: Threepoints for a coach or player's conviction, two for an arrest and one for aninvestigation; the Bengals jumped into a tie for first last week whenlinebacker A.J. Nicholson received two years of probation for pleading nocontest to burglary and grand theft. The current leaders:
