AS FAR AS thelegal system is concerned, there is no NFL off-season. The latest: LastSaturday, Cardinals assistant coach Richie Anderson (left) was arrested forallegedly soliciting a prostitute in Phoenix (no court date has been set). Theincident earned Arizona two points on SI's Legal Leader Board (SI, Feb. 26),ranking pro teams based on criminal investigations in 2007.
