A week later she scored the game-winneragainst then undefeated Syracuse. She was the Big East offensive player of theweek.

Conklin, a 33-year-old fitness instructor, completed the Foster Grant IronmanWorld Championship in Clearwater, Fla., despite having erythromelalgia, a nervedisorder that creates the sensation of burning in the extremities. Because ithurts her to wear sneakers, she did the cycling and running stages insandals.

HAMILTON, ONT. > Ice Hockey
Ryan, a senior at St. Ann's High School and a defenseman for the Ontario HockeyLeague's Windsor Spitfires, is second in the league in scoring with 13 goalsand 26 assists (1.65 points per game). Last season he had 63 points in 63 gamesand was OHL scholastic player of the year.
