I love the book Bruce Lee: The Art of Expressing the Human Body, edited by John Little. It chronicles Lee's training methods from his own notes and training logs. It is amazing, even now, to see how far ahead of the curve he was. When I want to stop reading and start exercising, I go for vinyasa flow yoga. Throw out the pussy-footing idea you may have of yoga. This is a complete workout without any equipment. You use your own body weight in everything—a variety of pushups, handstands and things that don't even have an English name.
