Imagine Derek Jeter in a Red Sox uniform at Yankee Stadium or Larry Bird as a Laker at Boston Garden, and you might have a sense of what's in store for Brett Favre on Sunday when he steps onto Lambeau Field for the first time as a Viking. Almost as intriguing as the reception, though, will be the game within the game between Favre and Green Bay corners Al Harris and Charles Woodson, whom he faced every day in practice for two years. Favre (below) took advantage of their aggressive coverage in a mistake-free 24-for-31 performance on Oct. 5 in Minneapolis. I say he plays with more discipline than we'd expect at the emotionally charged scene of his greatest successes.
