Green Bay held off the Steelers 31--25 to win its fourth Super Bowl trophy and 13th NFL championship (page 32). Jennings's TD put Green Bay ahead 21--3; he would score again in the fourth quarter on an eight-yard catch, slowing the Steelers' second-half comeback and giving the Packers a 28--17 lead. PHOTOPhotograph by John BieverSUNDAY PAPER As confetti rained on Cowboys Stadium after Super Bowl XLV, Packers linebacker Diyral Briggs held up a prescient front page. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel had 200 copies of the paper on hand at the stadium (and an unlimited supply in Milwaukee) to distribute immediately after the final whistle.
