The Big Ten's mascots are the latest to cover Carly Rae Jepsen's Call Me Maybe—after the English soccer team Crystal Palace used CMM in an ad to boost ticket sales. And what of the Harvard baseball team video that began the fad? More than 14.5 million YouTube views and counting.

The TV world seemingly didn't know how to handle the Freeh Report: ESPN oddly employed Nittany Lions alum Matt Millen (Millen: "This just kinda puts the finger on the point of blame." Huh?); the Big Ten Network offered no coverage; and TVs at PSU were switched off of the press conference.
HOT: GEORGIA PEACHY
The Braves (49--39) have won seven straight and control the wild card thanks largely to closer Craig Kimbrel (below) and his MLB-leading 27 saves. Meanwhile, OF Jason Heyward is hitting .331/.375/.594 with eight HRs since June 1, and C Brian McCann already has four bombs in July.
