ACTIONREACTION
Browns tight end Jordan Cameron hauls in three TDs, including the game-winner with 51 seconds left. Yes, those Browns.Brandon Weeden, Brian Hoyer—it doesn't matter who's taking snaps. With four TDs and 269 yards in three games, Cameron is a must-start.
After James Starks's knee knock, Packers rookie RB Johnathan Franklin comes off the bench for 126 total yards, plus a score.Green Bay has a bye, then Eddie Lacy should be back in Week 5. Franklin is worth pursuing on waivers, but time to keep your hopes in check.
Matthew Stafford throws for a whopping 385 yards, 9.2 YPA and two touchdowns in the Lions' 27--20 win over the Redskins.Ladies and gentlemen: Introducing our first doormat defense of the year. Take advantage of Washington's D all season long.
Colin Kaepernick has his second straight sub-200-total-yards game in a surprise slaughtering at the hands of the Colts.Terrelle Pryor and Ryan Tannehill each had success against Indy, so this was troubling to see. Time to temper your expectations.

RISERS

DEANGELO WILLIAMS

RB, PANTHERS

His 120 rushing yards mark a third-straight game of 85-plus. Jonathan Stewart's on PUP; expect that to go on.

GIOVANI BERNARD

RB, BENGALS

The rookie finally passed BenJarvus Green-Ellis in touches, 14 to 10. With 99 total yards and a TD, he could take control of the backfield.

JOSH GORDON

WR, BROWNS

Better than his 146 yards and TD in returning from suspension: There's talk he'll be traded, which would only add value.

FALLERS

STEVAN RIDLEY

RB, PATRIOTS

With just 35 yards on 11 carries, he was outplayed by fellow Pats LeGarrette Blount and Brandon Bolden. Move on.

ELI MANNING

QB, GIANTS

Another ugly game, and his three-week interception tally is up to eight. It's hard to trust the guy as anything more than a matchup play.

MAURICE JONES-DREW

RB, JAGUARS

He wasn't the first and won't be the last to struggle against Seattle's D, but he's stymied by the lack of talent around him.

TOKYO2020

"I can bear getting evicted if it's just the once in a century, but twice? It's ridiculous."

Kohei Jinno, 79, whose Tokyo home is being torn down so a new stadium can be built for the 2020 Olympics—the same thing that happened to him before the 1964 Games.
