Kendra Levesque | Rio Rancho, N.M. | Baseball

Kendra, an Eagle Ridge Middle School seventh-grader and an infielder-pitcher for the Sparks, a national 12-and-under all-girls team, went deep five times in 10 swings to become the first girl to win the home run derby at Cooperstown (N.Y.) Dreams Park. She beat 103 boys for the King of Swat title.

Noah Rubin | Rockville Centre, N.Y. | Tennis

Rubin, an incoming freshman at Wake Forest, defeated Collin Altamirano 6--4, 6--4, 6--3 to win the USTA Boys' 18s national championship, earning a wild-card spot in the U.S. Open. Rubin also won the USTA doubles title with partner Stefan Kozlov, whom he beat to take the Wimbledon boys' title last month.

Marisol Dakan | Pasadena | Water Polo

Dakan, a goalie and recent La Salle High grad, had 13 saves to lead the Rose Bowl Water Polo Club to beat San Diego Shores 8--3 for the national Junior Olympics 18-and-under title in Stanford, Calif. She had 101 total saves to lead her club to a 7--0 record and was named tourney MVP. Dakan will play for Brown.

Byron Meth | San Diego | Golf

Meth, a senior at Pacific this fall, beat Doug Ghim on the first playoff hole to take the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship at Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton, Kans. Last week he reached the round of 16 at the U.S. Amateur; in April, Meth won the West Coast Conference title.

Cierra White | Philadelphia | Track and Field

White, a senior at Texas Tech in the fall, earned three gold medals at the North America, Central America and Caribbean Association's under-23 championships in Kamloops, B.C. She won the 100 meters in 11.32, the 200 in 23.05 and ran the opening leg on the first-place 4 √ó 100 relay team (43.89).

Brett Preuett | Monroe, La. | Sportfishing

Preuett, a recently graduated Louisiana-Monroe MBA, caught five fish weighing a total of 13 lbs., 2 oz. at Georgia's Lake Chatuge to win the Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Classic Bracket title. He overcame losing a rod and hooking himself in the back of the neck to earn a spot in the 2015 Bassmaster Classic.
