Neuvillette previously served as Fontaine's Chief Judge and is actually a Hydro Dragon in disguise. As a means of averting Fontaine's foretold destruction, the Hydro Archon Focalors sacrificed herself to return the Hydro Sovereignty to him as its rightful owner, making him Fontaine's new ruler and giving him the power to save its people.

Nilou is passionate dancer and beloved by the people of Sumeru City, though her love of the arts made her a target for abuse and discrimination when the science-loving Akademiya was in power.

Ningguang
