Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon is the latest in FromSoftware's mech battling series. Featuring fast-paced combat focused on ordinance such as missiles and projectiles from giant firearms, the game allows you to create and tweak your own mechanized combat vehicle.
It is a different beast from FromSoftware's other games, such as Dark Souls, Sekiro, and Elden Ring, but features a similar punishing difficulty and steep learning curve.
Other games in the Armored Core series had a focus on multiplayer battles, but Armored Core 6 will feature the biggest single-player campaign the series has ever seen. Of course, players will still be able to test their mettle (and metal) online against other players.
Armored Core 6 is due to launch in 2023.
