Kentucky's Bishop suspended for game against Dayton

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) Kentucky suspended senior forward Azia Bishop for the its second round NCAA Tournament game against Dayton on Sunday for not upholding team standards.

Bishop had started the last six games for second-seeded Kentucky and was averaging 6.3 points and 5.5 rebounds this season.

She had six points and six rebounds in the opening win over Tennessee State. Bishop also picked up a technical foul for a shove in the back after a play ended in the second half. It was the first of her career.
