UPDATE: Jaren Jackson Jr.'s Injury Status For Thunder-Grizzlies Game

Jaren Jackson Jr. is on the injury report for Saturday's game.

On Saturday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies will host Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder in Tennessee.  

For the game, the Grizzlies could be without one of their best players, as Jaren Jackson Jr. is on the injury report.  

The former Michigan State star has missed each of the previous two games, so this would be his third straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Jackson Jr. has been having a productive season with averages of 22.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.6 blocks per contest while shooting 44.4% from the field and 32.6% from the three-point range in 57 games. 

That said, the Grizzlies have dealt with a lot of injuries and are the 13th seed in the Western Conference with a 23-44 record in 67 games. 

They have gone 3-7 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Charlotte Hornets (at home) by a score of 110-98.

Following the Thunder, the Grizzlies will play their next game on Monday evening when they visit the Sacramento Kings in California. 

As for the Thunder, they are having an excellent season and are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 46-20 record in 66 games. 

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Dallas Mavericks (at home) by a score of 126-119. 

Following the Grizzlies, the Thunder will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they return home to host the Utah Jazz in Oklahoma City.
