UPDATE: Jaylen Brown's Current Injury Status For Pistons-Celtics Game

Jaylen Brown is on the injury report for Monday's game.

UPDATE: Jaylen Brown is available.

On Monday evening, the Boston Celtics will host the Detroit Pistons in Massachusetts.

For the game, the Celtics could be without one of their best players, as All-Star forward Jaylen Brown is on the injury report.

Brown missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Underdog NBA: "Jaylen Brown (ankle) questionable Monday."

Brown is currently averaging 23.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 50.2% from the field and 35.4% from the three-point range in 60 games.

The Celtics enter the matchup as the best team in the NBA with a 53-14 record in 67 games.

They have gone 8-2 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a five-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Celtics defeated the Washington Wizards (on the road) by a score of 130-104.

Following the Pistons, they will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they host Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.

At home, the Celtics have gone 30-3 in the 33 games they have hosted in Boston.

Meanwhile, the Pistons are the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 12-55 record in 67 games.

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and have gone 4-6 over their last ten games.

Following their matchup with the Celtics, the Pistons will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they host Pascal Siakam and the Indiana Pacers in Detroit.
