It may be hard to fathom considering their meager 2-6 record, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the best wide receiver combo in the entire NFL.

At the halfway point of the 2019 season, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are racking up big numbers at an incredible pace, leaving the rest of the league's receiving tandems in the dust.

Evans has topped 180 yards in three different games this season, while Godwin has topped 120 yards four times. Both pass-catchers have a pair of multi-touchdown games to their credit, and they're averaging around 15 yards per reception between the two of them.

This continues to point to defensive struggles and turnover problems as the main reason for Tampa Bay's inability to translate big offensive numbers into the win column. Self-inflicted mistakes have plagued the Bucs all year long, and it's been especially so over the team's current four-game losing streak.

At least Evans and Godwin are giving Bucs fans, and fantasy football owners, something to get excited about.
