Will the Big 12 Title Feature One of Baylor or Oklahoma?

The odds of having one team in are high, but both squads are facing major obstacles.

Less than two weeks from the start of the year for the Baylor Bears and Oklahoma Sooners, major questions loom for the heavyweights.

For the Bears, how will Dave Aranda and his team tackle one of the toughest road schedules in the nation? Almost all of the marquee games on the docket for the Green and Gold are away from Waco.

For the Sooners, is Brent Venables an elite head coach? Aranda, a defensive coordinator himself before taking the head role with Baylor, went 2-7 in his opening campaign.

Even if Venables turns out to be an elite head coach, year one will be a trying time in an organization that lost so many players and coaches.

Maybe Venables puts it all together and Aranda breaks Baylor's historic woes on the road, but it's likely that one team blinks. The Bears could tumble with tough games in secession and the Sooners may have a Tom Herman on their hands.

With all that left to be determined, today's episode of Locked On Baylor is a special addition as a part of the Locked On Network's Ultimate College Football Preview.

Drake goes toe-to-toe with the host of Locked On Sooners, John Williams, to make a case for Baylor being the superior team when compared to Oklahoma this season.

Despite John's confidence in Venables, Drake stands firm in his early assessment of the coach — he has still yet to win a game. There is too much left to be proven before fans can really be high on OU.
