Scott Drew and the Baylor men's basketball team received big news Wednesday when star guard Adam Flagler announced that he was withdrawing from the NBA draft to return to Baylor in 2022. Having already compiled an elite roster through intense recruiting and three key transfers, the Bears were already poised to be a top-15 team next season. With Flagler's return, the sky is now the limit for Drew's crew. Drake is joined by Branden MacKinnon of Our Daily Bears to convey the magnitude of Flagler's decision.

With his return, Flagler has also put the final, final nail in Matthew Mayer's coffin at Baylor. Now, beyond a shadow of a doubt, Mayer cannot return to the Bears for a fifth year due to scholarship limitations in the Baylor program. It's been eluded to on many occasions on the show, but Matthew Mayer time has officially closed. That said, in effectively trading Flagler for Mayer, did Baylor get the better end of the deal? Sure, Mayer can create a much more threatening villain story, but Flagler is the much more trusted catalyst for a national title.

Speaking of national titles, Drake and Branden round out the show by talking about Baylor's chances among other competitors in the top 25. This Bears team can be elite, but a full roster breakdown to back that statement up is required. From Langston Love to Caleb Lohner and every player in between, the guys finish the show with a complete preview of the team and its probable starting five.
