Deion Sanders might be halfway across the world, but he's always laying down the law. The Colorado Buffaloes coach kept it real when addressing his players abroad via Well Off Media on Thursday. He hopes all his players return from spring break in an orderly fashion or expect to be hitting the road.

"Right now, I’m thinking about when we get back and check in on Sunday. I pray that everyone checks back in and no one is screaming they missed a flight, Sanders said.

"That’s why we tell them to be back on Saturday. So, you’re already there for Sunday. But guess what? There’s always somebody, and their locker is going to be naked. If you know what that means, it's a wrap.

Sanders gave the same warning to his players over winter break. He's currently with his family enjoying getting lost in the Dominican Republic but knows business comes first. If the players want to leave to decompress, they better make it a priority to get back home before the start of practice. It's all fun and games before the work really needs to be done.

Sanders went on to say, "If you can’t do the little things in the offseason, how are you going to do the big things in the season? It's all a decision and a choice."

While this is nothing new, Sanders standing on business with the players is one of his best qualities. It teaches character beyond the games and will turn a four-win team into a championship contender.

Sanders and the Buffs return home for the second week of Spring Practices. We're now less than a month away from CU's Black and Gold Spring Game at Folsom Field on April 27. The broadcast partner for the offseason event has yet to be announced. ESPN was in Boulder last year and won't return due to coverage of the NFL Draft.
