WATCH: Justin Edwards starts the Cats off with a monster slam

Justin Edwards got Kentucky going with a big slam.

The Kentucky-Florida game has been back and forth so far, but the best play of the game for the Cats was their first basket, where Justin Edwards threw down a big-time slam.

The Cats have let the Gators go on a big run early in this game, so they need to settle in and start to get better shots. The Gators have done well on the boards, as we expected, so the Cats need to start scoring.

This Kentucky team has lived and died by their shot selection, and it hasn't been great so far. The Cats simply need to settle in, as it's clear the young guys are getting used to playing in this rowdy environment.

If the Cats can keep this one close or have a lead at the half, hopefully, the team can settle down in the locker room and put together a great second half.

Edwards has four points early in this game on two dunks. It would be great to see him get going in this ball game.

Let's take a look at Edwards's dunk that got the Cats on the board against the Florida Gators.
