Having players selected in the NBA Draft is nothing new to John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats.

The Wildcats are projected to have multiple players taken in the 2024 NBA Draft and speculation has already started to begin for the following year.

According to NBA Draft Room, the Wildcats are projected to have two players taken in the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft: Boogie Fland and Ugonna Onyenso.

Fland, a point guard from White Plains, New York, is projected to be the No. 23 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft. He is the second-highest-rated player in Kentucky's 2024 recruiting class.

Fland is a 5-star recruit with a 0.9938 composite rating according to 247Sports. He is the No. 18 player nationally, the No. 2 point guard and the No. 3 player in the state of New York.

Onyenso, projected to be the No. 26 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, is a 7-foot sophomore forward from Owerri, Nigeria. He has averaged 3.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game this season while shooting 55.4% from the field.

Onyenso scored 13 points in Kentucky's overtime loss to the Florida Gators on Jan. 31 and played a vital role in helping the Wildcats stay in that game.

Onyenso was a 4-star recruit. He was the No. 39 player nationally, the No. 9 center and the No. 3 player in Kentucky's 2022 recruiting class.

The Wildcats have developed a reputation for putting players into the NBA and that does not appear to be going away anytime soon.
