Ny Carr Commits to Miami Hurricanes
Ny Carr is now the Miami Hurricanes latest verbal commitment for the class of 2024. He’s a versatile wide receiver and kick return man from Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County.
Originally a Georgia Bulldogs commitment, Carr is now in the fold for Miami after also taking the Auburn Tigers into serious consideration (an unofficial visit to The Plains last weekend).
The 5-foot-11 and 170-pound speedster is a threat to score anytime he touches the football. His recruiting rankings are a reflection of that point.
Rankings in order of national, position, and then state.

Considering he’s going to be a part of a 2024 Miami recruiting class that also has Joshisa Trader and Chance Robinson already in the fold as well, this young man is a great addition to an already impressive haul. Here’s Carr in action during a recent Colquitt County game:
Miami is still after several other prospects like defensive tackle Aydin Breland from Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei, a prospect that will announce his intentions next Saturday, Oct. 14.
There's also the nation's best wide receiver still on the board in Jeremiah Smith from Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna. The Ohio State commitment is being heavily sought after by the Canes. Breland and Smith are but two of the key recruits that are still on the board.
It should be an exciting finish to the Canes 2024 recruiting efforts. Lots of possible additions could still be a part of this Miami class.
