Great News for the Great Spartan Nation and NFL Legend Hank Bullough

BULLOUGH RECEIVES AWARD.... The Downtown Coaches Club, the official booster Club of Michigan State football, presented its annual Vandervoort Memorial Award to Henry Bullough (left) at its Nov. 20th weekly luncheon.

The award, which recognizes adult individuals who are not a current competitor or coach that best exemplifies real community encouragement for the finest things in athletic endeavor, was presented by Van Martin, grandson of Edward R. Vandervoort.

Bullough, has been an avid supporter of Michigan State athletics and has been involved with fund raising efforts for Special Olympics, Salvation Army, National Boys Club, YMCA and the Michigan State Football Players Association. He currently serves on fund raising committees for the George Webster Scholarship Fund and John Shinsky’s City of Children Orphanage Fund.

 A former player and assistant coach at Michigan State, Bullough has spoken at numerous high schools on the “Say No to Drugs” program. He has also been a guest lecturer at several football clinics around the country.

 Bullough resides in Okemos with his wife Lou Ann.
