Oregon State Baseball Earns 3 Academic All-America Nods

Three Oregon State baaseball players were named as Academic All-Americans by College Sports Communicators this week. Those honors went to infielder Travis Bazzana, pitcher Bridger Holmes, and outfielder Gavin Turley.
Bazzana, projected to be one of this season's top MLB Draft picks, becomes the third player in program history to earn Academic All-American honors in two different seasons. He's the first Beaver to earn the honor twice since 1987.
Holmes and Turley's selections now makes 13 different Beavers to earn Academic All-America status in program history.

To be eligible for Academic All-America, players must have at-least a 3.50 GPA, attended their academic institution for one full year, and played in at-least 90 percent of their team's games, or pitching in at least 25 innings.
Oregon State baseball's 2024 season came to an end in the Super Regionals when they lost to the University of Kentucky in Lexington. The Beavers finished with an overall record of 45-16.
