Oregon State finished the 2024 season with an overall record of 45-16. Their season came to an end in the Super Regionals when they lost to the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

The Beavers achieved the #1 ranking in the NCBWA poll for one week, the week of March 11 this year.

Oregon State now enter uncharted territory and will compete as an independent in 2025 after declining an invitation to join the West Coast Conference as an affiliate member. Their only contests for the 2025 schedule currently are part of the 2025 College Baseball Series benefitting Shriners Children's from Feb. 28-March 2 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.
