Recruitment Recap: Syracuse recruited Tremble hard during the spring and summer, pitching he would come in and fill Oronde Gadsden's role once he departs. Tremble committed over the summer and was solid all season. However, when Dino Babers was fired and Fran Brown hired, Tremble understandable evaluated his options. In fact, there was a report he would not sign early and would take visits in January. Two schools involved were Duke and Georgia Tech. This past weekend, Tremble took an official visit to Syracuse and that was enough to change those plans. Tremble reaffirmed his commitment to the new staff and signed with the Orange.

Evaluation: Tremble is an athletic tight end who has the potential to be a significant matchup advantage for the Orange. With his size and ball skills, he will be difficult to defend with defensive backs. Given his size and athleticism, he is a tough guard for linebackers. That puts defenses in a bind. Tremble is an explosive athlete at the tight end position with the ability to make plays downfield and after the catch. The next step for him once he arrives at Syracuse is to add some weight to his frame and work on blocking fundamentals.
