Brawlhalla x SpongeBob Squarepants: Three New Playable Characters Announced
On the second day of the Brawlhalla World Championship, fans received the news that three characters from the SpongeBob Squarepants series would be joining the roster of playable full Legends. The characters in question are SpongeBob Squarepants, Patrick Star, and Sandy Cheeks, the reveal was done through a video showcasing all three characters’ in-game models as well as available moves and combos.

The characters' movesets are all heavily inspired by the series and fans will certainly be able to notice all the references inserted in each attack. Although both SpongeBob and Patrick have been teased as more melee-oriented characters Sandy was shown to have mid-range attacks with her classic Net Gun used in the series.
When Does Spongebob Squarepants x BrawlHalla Release?
Make sure to practice your KAH RAH TAY as all three Legends will be making their way into Brawlhalla on November 29th.
This isn’t the first time Brawhalla has partnered with other franchises to bring their characters into the roster of playable Legends. The last time a collaboration of the sort happened was on July 27th, 2022 when Ezio from the Assasin’s Creed franchise was made available as a full Legend.
How to Watch the Brawlhalla World Championship
More announcements are expected to happen throughout the 2023 Brawlhalla World Championship where all the best Brawlhalla players from around the world have come to battle for title. The Brawlhalla World Championship is part of BCX, an in-person exposition taking place at Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, GA from November 3rd to the 5th.
