There have been several rumors surrounding where the Call of Duty League Championship will be held. It's become more and more clear where it will be. All signs point to Las Vegas, Nevada, despite the CDL waiting to announce it.

According to several reports, Champs will likely be in mid-June. Jacob Hale on Twitter said, "For those asking on dates, I can't confirm 100%, but I'm pretty sure it's June 15-18." That date is much earlier than last year, which was played on the weekend of August 7th.

As we head into the final weekend of the Major 4 Qualifiers, many teams are jockeying for position in the CDL standings. It will come down to the wire for teams like Seattle Surge, Minnesota Røkkr, and potential Champs hosts, Vegas Legion. Where each team sits after the final two Majors will likely be a drastic change from where the standings currently are.

With teams like OpTic Texas, Boston Breach, and Los Angeles Thieves catching fire, a battle for the top will make things very interesting. Each game will have major implications for where teams will be placed in the CDL standings. With only eight teams qualifying for the Post Season in Las Vegas (potentially), every game will be electrifying.

We can't yet confirm the date and location of CDL Champs. Once we hear more about the developing story, we will update the story with the proper date, time, and location.
