Fort Resurgence: New Season 5 Reloaded Call of Duty Warzone 2 Map

With the new CoD update comes a new map to Warzone 2.

Introducing the new and incoming update to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 5 Reloaded, arriving on the scene on August 30th, is the highly anticipated Fort Resurgence map. This new addition promises to reinvigorate the gameplay experience, particularly within the Warzone Resurgence mode. Built upon the foundation of the Al Mazrah Warzone 2 map, Fort Resurgence is poised to intrigue players with its dynamic environment and strategic possibilities.

Based at the Al Bagra Fortress, Fort Resurgence puts players into a high-stakes combat zone. The map encompasses the entirety of the Al Bagra Fortress POI in Al Mazrah and its primary surroundings, offering a blend of urban engagement, water battles, and open landscapes.

At launch, Fort Resurgence introduces its own dedicated game mode, distinct from the conventional Resurgence mode, which alternates between Ashika Island and Vondel. The new map gives players a trio of choices when selecting the Resurgence map that suits their playstyle and preferences.

Resurgence mode has been celebrated for its accelerated gameplay, reduced downtime, and magnified intensity. The inclusion of Fort Resurgence extends a new layer of excitement, as players can anticipate an upsurge in tactical encounters.
