Alex Kirilloff hit the first of what is likely to be many home runs for the Minnesota Twins.

The 23-year-old hit an opposite-field bomb in the third-inning off of Tyler Zuber, scoring Byron Buxton and Nelson Cruz in the process.

It's been a slow start to the season for the Twins' No. 2 prospect, who has compiled just 3 hits out of his first 26 at-bats.

However, that has also come with some bad luck, with Kirilloff making good contact on a number of outs, suggesting a home run wasn't far away.
