Austin Meo

Austin Meo is a corporate attorney from West Windsor-Plainsboro, New Jersey. He received his Bachelors from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At Villanova Law, he was a Jeffrey Moorad Sports Law Fellow under Executive Director Andrew Brandt, and was President of the Villanova Sports Law Society. 

He won the 2020 and 2022 Tulane Pro Football Negotiation Competitions, and founded the inaugural Villanova Pro Football Negotiation Competition in 2021. Since 2020, Meo has consulted for 15+ NFLPA agents during contract negotiations with NFL teams. In 2021, he founded Optimum Sports Consulting's Biweekly NIL Newsletter - where he has helped thousands of coaches, agents and student-athletes stay up to date with the latest developments in the world of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) in college athletics.

Meo helped launch sports media start-up "The Wrightway Sports Network" in 2018. As COO, he oversaw a dozen content creators in addition to hosting TWSN's flagship podcast and writing weekly football and golf articles. Meo was credentialed with the NFL and PGA Tour, and was a member of the Pro Football Writers of America. Notable events covered include the NFL Combine, multiple PGA Tour regular season and playoff tournaments, and NFL player camps/events.
