BREAKING: LeBron James' Final Injury Status For Warriors-Lakers Game

LeBron James has been upgraded to available for Thursday’s game between the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers.

On Thursday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers are hosting the Golden State Warriors at Crypto.com Arena.

For the game, they will have their best player in the starting lineup, as LeBron James has been upgraded to available.

Underdog NBA: "LeBron James (foot) will play Thursday."

James turned 38 in December but has shown no signs of slowing down and is currently one of the ten best players in the NBA.

He is averaging 30.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 8.4 assists per contest in 45 games (while shooting 50.8% from the field).

Despite his stellar play, the Lakers are 27-32 in 59 games, which has them as the 13th seed in the Western Conference.

They are 4-6 in their last ten games and 14-14 in the 28 games they have hosted at home in Los Angeles.

James led the Lakers to the 2020 NBA Championship over the Miami Heat, but they have also missed the postseason in two of his four seasons on the team.

Right now, the west is extremely tight, so they are only 2.0 games back of the tenth seed (the final play-in tournament spot) and 3.5 games behind the sixth seed (the final guaranteed playoff spot).

As for the Warriors, they are 29-29 in 58 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference.

The defending NBA Champions have been one of the worst road teams in the league and are 7-22 in the 29 games they have played away from the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
