BREAKING: Zach LaVine's Final Injury Status For Bulls-Pistons Game

Zach LaVine is available for Saturday's game.

On Saturday evening, the Chicago Bulls will be in Michigan to face off against the Detroit Pistons for their third game of the season.

They are 1-1 and coming off a 104-103 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Friday night (at home).

For Saturday's game, the Bulls will have one of their best players in the starting lineup, as Zach LaVine has been upgraded to available.

Via Underdog NBA: "Zach LaVine (back) listed available to play Saturday."

LaVine played 38 minutes in Friday's loss and had eight points, five rebounds and one assist.

The former UCLA star is in his tenth season in the NBA and is coming off a year where he averaged 24.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists per contest while shooting 48.5% from the field and 37.5% from the three-point range.

After finishing the season with a 40-42 record, the Bulls (who were the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference) beat the Raptors in their first play-in tournament game.

However, they lost to the Miami Heat in the second, so they missed the NBA playoffs for the fifth time in the previous six seasons.

As for the Pistons, they are 1-1 in their first two games and coming off a 111-99 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night.

Alec Burks led the way with 24 points in 31 minutes of playing time.

Last season, the Pistons were the 15th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 17-65 record.

They missed the NBA playoffs for the fourth straight season.
