UPDATE: Cade Cunningham's Current Injury Status For Pistons-Kings Game

Cade Cunningham is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

UPDATE: Cade Cunningham has been ruled out (h/t James L. Edwards III of The Athletic).      

On Wednesday evening, the Detroit Pistons will face off against De'Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings in California.    

For the game, the Pistons could be without their best player, as Cade Cunningham is on the injury report.  

Via Underdog NBA: "Cade Cunningham (injury management) listed questionable for Wednesday."

Cunningham has played in 40 games and is averaging 22.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 44.8% from the field and 34.3% from the three-point range. 

The Pistons are the 15th seed (last place) in the Eastern Conference with a 6-43 record in 49 games. 

Most recently, they lost to the Orlando Magic by a score of 111-99. 

In 32 minutes of playing time, Cunningham had 18 points, five rebounds, seven assists and two steals while shooting 6/14 from the field and 1/3 from the three-point range. 

Following the Kings, the Pistons remain on the road to visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday evening in Oregon. 

On the road, they are 2-20 in the 22 games they have played away from Detroit.

As for the Kings, they are the fifth seed in the Western Conference with a 29-20 record in 49 games. 

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers by a score of 136-110. 

At home, the Kings are 14-8 in the 22 games they have played in Sacramento. 

Following the Pistons, they will remain at home to host Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets on Friday evening.
