The starting lineup for the Celtics has been relayed by Underdog NBA.

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Celtics will start Smart, White, Tatum, Horford, Robert Williams on Monday."

The Celtics come into the evening as the best team in the NBA with a 44-17 record in 61 games.

They are 8-2 in their last ten games and in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

On the road, the Celtics have been fantastic, going 20-10 in the 30 games they have played outside of Boston.

After making the NBA Finals in 2022, there is an excellent chance they could return there this year.

As for the Knicks, they come into the matchup as the sixth seed in the east (the final guaranteed playoff spot).

They are 35-27 in 62 games and in the middle of a five-game winning streak.

Over the last ten games, the Knicks are 8-2, and they are a solid 17-15 in the 32 games they have hosted at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

In 2021, the Knicks returned to the NBA Playoffs for the first time since the 2013 season.

However, they missed the playoffs (and the play-in tournament) last year.
