Jaylen Brown's Final Injury Status For Celtics-Raptors Game

Jaylen Brown is on the injury report for Monday's game.

On Monday evening, the Boston Celtics will be in Canada to face off against Pascal Siakam and the Toronto Raptors.  

For the game, they will be without one of their best players, as All-Star forward Jaylen Brown has been ruled out.

Brown has played in 37 games and is averaging 23.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 49.6% from the field and 36.7% from the three-point range.   

The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 30-9 record in their first 39 games. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Houston Rockets (in Boston) by a score of 145-113. 

In 28 minutes of playing time, Brown had 32 points, six rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting 11/15 from the field and 4/6 from the three-point range. 

Following the Raptors, the Celtics will return home to host Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday evening in Boston. 

As for the Raptors, they are the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 15-24 record in their first 39 games. 

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a three-game losing streak. 

Most recently, the Raptors lost to the Utah Jazz (in Salt Lake City) by a score of 145-113. 

Following the Celtics, they will host Tyler Herro and the Miami Heat on Wednesday evening in Canada.
