FINAL UPDATE: Nikola Jokic's Current Injury Status For Pelicans-Nuggets Game

Nikola Jokic remains listed as questionable for Thursday's game.

FINAL UPDATE: Nikola Jokic has been ruled out, according to Mike Singer of The Denver Post.

On Thursday evening, the Denver Nuggets are hosting the New Orleans Pelicans in Colorado.

For the game, they could be without their best player, as two-time MVP Nikola Jokic remains questionable on the injury report (updated as of 7:30 Eastern Time).

Underdog NBA: "Nikola Jokic (calf) listed questionable for Thursday."

Jokic is having another unbelievable season with averages of 24.9 points, 11.9 rebounds, 9.9 assists and 1.2 steals per contest in 67 games.

He is also shooting 63.4% from the field and 39.0% from the three-point range.

The Nuggets come into the night as the best team in the Western Conference and have a 51-24 record in 75 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games but also in the middle of a four-game winning streak.

At home, the Nuggets have been sensational, going 32-6 in the 38 games they have hosted in Denver, Colorado.

Last season, they were the sixth seed but dealt with injuries and lost in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to the Golden State Warriors in just five games.

As for the Pelicans, they are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 38-38 record in 76 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games but only 14-25 in the 39 games they have played on the road outside of New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 2022, the Pelicans won their way through the play-in tournament but lost to Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns in the first round (in six games).
