BREAKING: LeBron James Made Unbelievable NBA History In Jazz-Lakers Game

LeBron James made NBA history during Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers are hosting the Utah Jazz in California.

During the game, LeBron James made NBA history by becoming the first player to ever score 39,000 career points.

Via The NBA: "With this triple LeBron James has now scored 39,000 points in his NBA career đź‘Ź"

James came into the evening with averages of 26.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.7 steals per contest while shooting 58.6% from the field and 39.7% from the three-point range.

Last season, he moved ahead of Hall of Famer (and Lakers legend) Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (38,387) to become the NBA's all-time leader in points.

At 38 years old, James still remains among the ten best players in the league and has shown no signs of slowing down.

As for the Lakers, they are 8-6 in their first 14 games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

They most recently defeated the Houston Rockets (at home) by a score of 105-104 on Sunday evening.

James had 37 points, six rebounds, eight assists and three steals while shooting 14/19 from the field and 2/5 from the three-point range in 40 minutes of playing time.

Following the Jazz, the Lakers will host Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday evening in Texas.

James is in his 21st season in the league and has also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers (twice) and Miami Heat.

His career averages are 27.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 1.5 steals per contest in 1,434 regular season games.
