On Wednesday evening, the Chicago Bulls played a thriller against the Phoenix Suns (at home).

The Suns won the game (in overtime) by a score of 116-115.

Dalen Terry did not play in the game, and on Thursday, the team announced that he had been assigned to the G League.

Via The Bulls: "Roster Update: We have assigned Dalen Terry to the @WindyCityBulls."

Terry has played in four games so far this season and is averaging 1.8 points and 1.0 rebound in 2.8 minutes of playing time per game.

He was the 18th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft out of Arizona, and during his rookie season, the 21-year-old averaged 2.2 points and 1.0 rebounds (in 5.6 minutes of playing per game).

The Windy City Bulls will play their first game of the G League season on Friday evening against the Iowa Wolves.

Since Terry is still so young, he will likely spend a lot of time in the G League this season.

Last year, he played in ten G League regular season games and three Showcase Cup games.

As for the Bulls, they are 3-6 in their first nine games, which has them tied for the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference.

They will play their next game on Sunday evening when they host Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons at the United Center.

Last season, the Bulls were the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 40-42 record and lost to the Miami Heat in the play-in tournament.
