Dennis Schroder Reveals When He Will Make NBA Free Agency Decision

Los Angeles Lakers guard Dennis Schroder revealed when he would make his free agency decision.

Dennis Schroder spent the 2022-23 NBA season playing for the Los Angeles Lakers.

The veteran guard played a key role, averaging 12.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists per contest while shooting 41.5% from the field in 66 games.

This summer, Schroder will be an unrestricted free agent, so he can sign with any team in the league.

Recently, the 29-year-old tweeted a video link where he showed a tour of his house in Los Angeles, California.

In the video, Schroder (speaking in German with English subtitles) revealed when he plans to make his free agency decision.

Schroder via the English subtitles: "And as I said at the 4th of July we will figure out where I will play. If we stay here, the transition will be easier."

The Lakers had an up-and-down season, but they ultimately finished as the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 43-39 record.

They then defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves in the play-in tournament to make the NBA Playoffs.

In the first two rounds, the Lakers beat the Memphis Grizzlies (second seed) and Golden State Warriors (defending NBA Champions).

While they ultimately lost to the eventual champion Denver Nuggets, it was an extremely successful season for the Lakers to make the Western Conference Finals.

Schroder was in his second tenure with the franchise, as he was the team's starting point guard during the 2020-21 season.

In addition to the Lakers, he has also played for the Atlanta Hawks, Oklahoma City Thunder, Boston Celtics and Houston Rockets.

NBA Free agency will begin on June 30.
