On Tuesday evening, the Phoenix Suns hosted the Sacramento Kings in Arizona.  

The game was close, but the Suns were able to win by a score of 130-125.   

Kevin Durant led the way with 28 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and one steal while shooting 11/17 from the field and 2/5 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.  

Devin Booker had a good game with 25 points, three rebounds, nine assists and three steals while shooting 7/17 from the field in 38 minutes. 

The All-Star guard also made team history by moving ahead of Alvan Adams (13,910) for second on the Suns' all-time scoring list.  

Following Adams, the only player left for Booker to pass will be Walter Davis (15,666).

Booker is having another impressive season with averages of 28.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 7.1 assists per contest while shooting 50.1% from the field and 37.8% from the three-point range in 44 games.   

The Suns are the fifth seed in the Western Conference with a 32-22 record in 54 games.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and 17-11 in the 28 games they have hosted in Arizona. 

Following the Kings, the Suns will play the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday evening (at home). 

Booker was the 13th pick in the 2015 NBA Draft out of Kentucky and is in his ninth season in the league (all with the Suns).
