Jusuf Nurkic's Viral Post On X After Getting Traded To Suns
Jusuf Nurkic is coming off a year where he appeared in 52 regular season games for the Portland Trail Blazers.
The nine-year NBA veteran averaged 13.3 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists per contest while shooting 51.9% from the field and 36.1% from the three-point range.
On Wednesday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported a blockbuster deal between the Trail Blazers, Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks that sends Damian Lillard to the Bucks.
In addition, Nurkic will be traded from the Trail Blazers to the Suns.
Following the news, the 29-year-old sent out two posts on X (his second post had over 11,000 likes and 705,000 impressions in less than five hours).

In addition to Portland, Nurkic has also played for the Denver Nuggets.
His career averages are 12.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 blocks per contest while shooting 50.2% from the field and 29.2% from the three-point range in 463 regular season games (he has also appeared in 16 NBA playoff games).
As for the Suns, they are coming off a year where they were the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 45-37 record.
They beat the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round of the NBA playoffs but lost to the Denver Nuggets in the second round.
