On Friday night, Chicago Bulls hosted the Brooklyn Nets at the United Center in Illinois.

The Bulls dominated the entire game and won by an astonishing score of 131-87 (44-point victory).

Patrick Beverley, who recently signed with the Bulls, made his debut and finished the night with eight points, five rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes of playing time.

Following his first game with Chicago, Beverley sent out a tweet that is going viral.

His post had nearly 5,000 likes and over 100,000 impressions in less than 30 minutes.

Beverley tweeted: "What a night❤️ ❤️❤️ I really play for the BULLS"

The 34-year-old is from Chicago, which makes playing for the Bulls so special.

Before joining the Bulls, Beverley spent the first half of the season playing for the Los Angeles Lakers.

In 45 games, he averaged 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest.

The Bulls will be his sixth team, as he has also played for the Miami Heat, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Lakers.

Right now, the Bulls are one of the most talented teams in the Eastern Conference but have had a disappointing season.

They are the 11th seed with a 27-33 record in 60 games, and their victory over the Nets snapped a six-game losing streak.

Last year, the Bulls made the NBA Playoffs for the first time since the 2017 season.

On Sunday, they will play their next game when they host Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards at the United Center.
