Russell Westbrook's Dunk Went Viral In Lakers-Clippers Game

Russell Westbrook had a big highlight during Wednesday's game.

On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Clippers hosted the Los Angeles Lakers in California.   

The Clippers had control for the first three quarters but collapsed in the final period and lost by a score of 116-112. 

During the game, 2017 MVP Russell Westbrook had a huge highlight that got a lot of views on social media. 

Amir Coffey threw a pass to Westbrook, and he finished off the fast break with a one-handed dunk. 

Westbrook finished the night with eight points, two rebounds, three assists and three steals while shooting 3/9 from the field and 0/2 from the three-point range in 17 minutes of playing time. 

The former UCLA star is in his second season with the Clippers and is averaging 11.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 45.1% from the field and 26.8% from the three-point range in 57 games. 

With the loss, the Clippers dropped to 37-20 in 57 games, which has them as the fourth seed in the Western Conference. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and are 5-5 over their last ten games. 

Following the Lakers, the Clippers will remain in Los Angeles to host Kyle Kuzma and the Washington Wizards on Friday. 

At home, they have gone 20-8 in 28 games. 

Westbrook was the fourth pick in the 2008 NBA Draft and is in his 16th season in the league. 

He has also played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets and Washington Wizards.
