Marko was shocked to know that the alleged documents were leaked in such a manner, expressing that even he hadn't seen them. Speaking to Bild.de, he said:

“I’m flabbergasted and surprised that the documents were leaked. I’ve never seen them myself."

Since the verdict of the case, Formula 1 team principals like Zak Brown and Toto Wolff have demanded transparency in the investigation since specific details of the allegations and the parties involved have not been revealed.
