Lewis Hamilton Reveals Striking New Helmet For 2023 Season

The Mercedes driver has unveiled his new helmet to social media.

Seven-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton has finally unveiled his new helmet design for the upcoming 2023 season. The much-awaited reveal sent fans into a frenzy, with many praising the British driver's new look.

The new helmet design features a striking yellow and purple colour scheme that is sure to turn heads on the track. He posted to social media:

"Going with both yellow and purple this year. Love how they look together and how sick it looks against the black car. Keeping the rainbow accents too, always".

As with many other F1 drivers, helmet reveals have become a big part of the launch season ahead of every F1 campaign.

Hamilton explained that he chose a yellow and purple look for his helmet, which he believes fits perfectly with the all-black W14 car unveiled by the Mercedes team on Wednesday.

The new helmet design features a bold and eye-catching yellow base, with a vibrant purple gradient that starts at the top and slowly fades towards the bottom of the helmet. The Mercedes logo is prominently displayed on the front of the helmet.

The next important date for F1 fans is the pre-season testing in Bahrain next week on Thursday 23 - Saturday 25. Also, on Friday 24 February, season five of Drive to Survive will be released to Netflix.
