St. Louis Battlehawks Open Additional Seats Due to High Demand

The St. Louis Battlehawks have opened more sections in their stadium with rising interest from fans.

It’s rare and special to see a spring football team do well with attendance. In modern spring football, no team has done this better than the St. Louis Battlehawks. The growing popularity of the team in St. Louis continues to show as the league has opened up more seating for 2024.

The Battlehawks opened up 10 additional sections in the 400s of The Dome at America’s Center. Seat sections 436 through 445 will be made available for fans to buy season tickets for the 2024 season. Ticket prices for those seats are starting at $19 per game for season tickets.

This is not uncommon for the Battlehawks, as they shattered attendance numbers last season in the XFL averaging 35,104 fans per game. The next highest in the league was the DC Defenders, who averaged more than 16,000 fans a game. St. Louis broke the modern-day attendance record for a single game having 38,310 attend their home opener. The Battlehawks beat the Arlington Renegades 24-11.

Due to the demand for tickets, the team opened the 400 sections back in November for season tickets. This marked the first time in franchise history that St. Louis had to do that.

Single-game tickets for all UFL games will be made available on Feb. 22. UFL teams start training camp the next day, with kickoff weekend on March 30 and 31.
