Jimmy’s Famous Seafood Hosting WrestleMania TailGOAT Party

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes aren’t the only ones headed to WrestleMania.
Jimmy’s Famous Seafood will be hosting their famed TailGOAT on April 6 and 7 in Philadelphia at Xfinity Live, which takes place only two-tenths of a mile from Lincoln Financial Field, the site of WrestleMania 40.
“My passion is bringing people together through food, drinks, and music,” said John Minadakis, the owner of Jimmy’s Famous Seafood. “We’re super excited about it.”

Jimmy’s Famous Seafood is a Baltimore, Maryland establishment which has roots that connect with wrestling fans all over the globe. Whenever wrestling comes to Baltimore, a plethora of wrestlers make the pilgrimage to Jimmy’s–which was opened by Minadakis’ late father, Jimmy, in 1974.
Minadakis hosted the Bullet Club Block Party in New Jersey five years ago before WrestleMania 35, and this event will have a similar energy–as well as feature a lot of WWE stars.
Kurt Angle and Mandy Sacs, who was Mandy Rose in WWE, will host the two-day event, and Dean “Mojo” Muhtadi–previously known as Mojo Rawley–will serve as the guest DJ.
“We’ll be announcing a lot more guests, too,” said Minadakis. “We loved the Bullet Club Block Party, and Philadelphia is even closer to us, so the WrestleMania TailGOAT felt like a no-brainer.”
Minadakis and his team have plenty of experience, as they run tailgates in Baltimore before Orioles and Ravens games. Within the next week, he will also announce the charities this upcoming event will benefit.
“Xfinity Live is a stone’s throw away from the stadium, and we’re excited to get everyone together for two days,” said Minadakis. “I hope everyone comes hungry.”
