The Los Angeles Angels made a roster move that included some good news and some bad news.

The good news? Brandon Drury has finally been activated off the injured after an extended five-week absence. The bad news? Zach Neto took his spot on the IL.

We’ll start with Drury, who has been out since June 29 dealing with a shoulder injury. He’s going to provide a huge boost to the Angels lineup and defensive depth.

On the year, Drury is hitting .277/.322/.500 with 14 home runs and 45 runs batted in. He’s going to be a welcome addition.

On the bad side of things, though, Neto is heading right back to the injured list with lower back inflammation.

Neto was out with an oblique injury for a good chunk of the season, but was finally working his way back.

Unfortunately, though, he’s been dealing with a back injury that just hasn’t gotten better, so he’s going right back on the injured list until he heals.

This has been the story of the Angels’ season, as the Halos just cannot stay healthy and have their full lineup on the field.

Hopefully, Neto isn’t out long, as he’s had an impressive rookie campaign, hitting .241 with eight home runs and 30 RBIs. The Angels are nine games over .500 when he's in the lineup.
