Angels vs. Chicago Cubs: Lineups, How to Watch, Predictions, and More

The Halos will look to get back on the winning track as spring training winds down.

The Los Angeles Angels will look to get back on the winning track on Saturday as they are set to take on the Chicago Cubs.

The Halos dropped their first meeting against the Cubs this spring training, and they'll look for some redemption today. The Angels lost their first meeting to the Cubs on March 6th, 6-5.

The game's first pitch will be at 1:10 p.m. PT and televised on Bally Sports SoCal or MLB.TV.

Today, it will be a home game for the Halos, who sit at 11-9 overall and have a 6-3 record. The Cubs have a 12-8 record overall and a 4-6 away record. Here is who the Angels will trout for their 21st spring training game.

Angels manager Ron Washington will have 25-year-old pitcher José Soriano on the mound to start the game. This spring, he sits with a 0-0 record, a 10.80 ERA, seven strikeouts, and a 1.60 WHIP in five innings and two games.

The Halos have been struggling lately, having lost three games in a row. They still have 11 spring games left to get things right before they start the season on a six-game road trip against the Baltimore Orioles and the Miami Marlins.

The Angels will get their revenge against the Cubs today and end their mini three-game skid. The Halos will prevail, 7-4.
